A property profile is a brief informational report reflective of the current ownership and liens covering the profiled property as they appear in the public record. Our property profile report is not a full title search and offers no assurances, however, it can be beneficial to realtors who are contemplating a listing and need basic ownership information. The property profile report will also provide the recording information of the covenants and restrictions affecting platted subdivisions (if applicable). Copies of the CC&R's can also be provided upon request. This report is currently provided as a courtesy to real estate agents.
